About Post-Manufacturing Report

Hi, Expert

I have three questions about the post-manufacturing process.

The first is about Material Consumption.

In the POD Designer, I select the Order Selection Type for Production.

I displayed the preview.

I want to enter not only the lot number but also the SFC or the EXTERNAL_LOT_NUMBER in Material Consumption.

Is there any way to set it up?

The second is about Quantity Confirmation.

I mistakenly entered a lot of quantity when entering quantity.

I want to make a negative correction, but I get an error.

Is there a way to modify the entered value?

Also, there are instructions that items appear in quantity confirmation and instructions that do not.

When no data is displayed, this is the error, but there is a work procedure. Is it related to this?

The third is about Activity Confirmation.

Hello Tomohiro,

Post-Production Reporting POD works differently from Work Center POD and does not support Data Fields to be Collected during Assembly like Work Center POD does for SFC or EXTERNAL_LOT_NUMBER, for example. In this POD, you can record Material Consumption like this:

• To record material consumption for a non-batch managed material, enter the storage location and quantity. Enter the quantity in the Quantity field.
• To record material consumption for a batch managed material, enter the batch number. The corresponding storage location is displayed in the Storage Location field. Enter the quantity in the Quantity field.
• To record consumption of non-BOM components, choose Add Non-BOM Components. Choose the material from the list of materials. If batch-managed material, enter the batch. Enter the quantity in the Quantity field.

If you posted wrong Quantity Confirmation and/or Activity Confirmation, you can use Manage Cancellations app to cancel the postings and then use Post-Production Reporting POD to post the correct values. Negative value adjustment is not supported by Post-Production Reporting POD.

Is the quantity confirmation item not displayed because the order status is completed?

Or is there a different reason?
