9J 708 (You cannot change equipment type ECOMET due to stock commitments)

Dear All PM Gurus,

I had created a new fleet object type with name "SWEEP-MECH". Now, i want to change fleet object type in existing equipment.

System is restricting me as i attached in below image.

What I am doing? - I am changing fleet object type From "ECOMET" to "SWEEP-MECH".

OLD Data-

Want to change-

But if i am changing "ECOMET" from my existing create fleet object type, for example in "ACP", system will allow me and save equipment without any giving error.

Kindly, Suggest where i am doing wrong......
