12.1 Can't Edit Global Trans Variable

Hello,

We have three 12.1 MII servers (dev, staging, prod). In the dev environment I can edit global transaction variables and everything works fine. In staging and prod I cannot. It appears to let me make the change but never gets saved. If I go back in the it has the value it had before my edit.

At first I was guessing that this was role related but, after checking, I am in the exact same roles in each enviroment including the following roles:

SAP_XMII_Administrator

SAP_XMII_Read_Only

SAP_XMII_Super_Administrator

SAP_XMII_User

Any help would be appreciated.

Are all 3 of your servers using the same 12.1 Service Pack and Patch?

Yes. Our Basis team just double check and they are all the same.

I would also check the version of the underlying NWCE installation for all three servers.
