Do you know if when they rewrote Xacute (BLS) for 11.5 did they fix the problem in the SendMail action block where it has problems if the ToAddress string is greater than about 1200 characters?

Now that it's java you should not have this issue, unless however, if the 1200 character capacity was imposed by your mail server.
