The first List of Priority Substances has been published within the scope of Turkish By-Law on Inventory and Control of Chemicals by Turkey’s Ministry of Environment and Urban Planning (MoEU). Please click on the following link for the list.

Because of potential effects on the environment and human, 131 substances requiring attention are included in the list of priority substances published by Ministry. Effects of the substance on human health and the environment, human and environmental exposure to the substance, inadequacy of data on effects of the substance on human health and environment are taken into account during the preparation of the list.
After the publication of the list, according to Article 14 of Turkish By-Law on Inventory and Control of Chemicals; the Ministry may request additional information or results of additional tests from manufacturers or importers who have submitted information for a substance which is included in the list of priority substances.
