SAP.. An Organization known for its continuous research and innovation in technology, has now applied innovation to better the society. SAP Labs India, through its research has rightly identified that the weaknesses of Autistic people can be a strength to SAP. Autistic people, by nature, are introverts, can focus on only one task at a time, feel comfortable to do repetitive tasks and have an eye for detail.
Suite Testing Center,SAP Labs India, has thus leveraged on these qualities of such people and converted them into strengths. STC ( Suite Testing Center ) has employed about 6 such candidates who perform browser testing, User Interface testing and content research. Due to their strong photographic memory and the ability to spot minute differences, SAP has trained them for employ-ability.
Thus SAP proves again.. to strive to run the world better. Innovation at its BEST!!!!
