Here are the highlights for the newest features for Safety Data Sheet Management:

  • SDS Generation extended to include sections 9, 11 and 12
  • New Business Event between Partners and SAP BTP: Request Data Calculation

In this post we will go through the system and see how to maintain and review basic data for our example industrial cleaner.

Here is the Work View, where we have an overview of the processing status of the different data under each section.

From the Work View we can navigate to the different sections for specific information including History and Admin Data.

Section 9 - Safety-Related Properties

We can also check our information from Section 3 - Composition / Information on Ingredients with the analytical composition.

Then we can get down to the substance level via the Manage Substances Compliance app.

Here we are interested in the properties and can view the Toxicological Information which has already been released.

The new Business Event on requesting data calculations enables partners to consume business events running data calculations with public API’s to read and write the dependent datasets.

Along with the new Compliance Requirement for the EU Waste Code, you can see here the new user interface for setting the detailed information.

For Aerosol Labeling as new app variant, under the Manage Regulatory Data app, has been developed to manage data for unpackaged products and raw materials. This accompanies a new compliance requirement for Aerosol Labeling based on the Regulatory Data Assessment compliance pattern. For more information check this out.
