Do you remember the slogan "Once an article, always an article"? The European Commission publishes some interesting news about Infringements of EU law according Application of the 0.1% concentration limit pursuant to Article 7(2) and 33 of the REACH-Regulation. I am very interested what will happen in future about 1O5A in Germany (and other memberstates who support 1O5A).
