Dear SAP University Alliances Community,
We are incredibly happy to announce SAP's partnership with Coursera. With a lot of dedication and collecting a lot of feedback from the SAP Ecosystem, we have developed new entry-level learning content to become an SAP Technology Consultant with a professional certificate.

Students get the inside track on how to build a consulting career beyond just having SAP product knowledge. They can learn about project management methodologies and agile processes, and gain core consulting skills such as requirements gathering, stakeholder interviewing, client communication, client analysis and design thinking. They receive an overview of SAP and the ecosystem, and learn to design solutions. Throughout the courses, there are multiple opportunities to analyze real cases, including two full SAP implementation lifecycle case studies – one on food security and the agribusiness and another on renewable energy.
The professional certificate strengthens students' CVs with evidence of vital SAP consultancy skills. Due to feedback from our partners, we ensured that the skills are critical for consulting companies such as Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte and KPMG. By working on case studies, the students demonstrate knowledge of implementation which is often crucial for getting jobs that ask for first experiences. We even include a full course on career guidance and next steps, so that students are well equipped to land their dream jobs.
Students can register for a free 7-day trial to check out the course. Then, they can join Coursera's subscription model. (Coursera offers support for students with financial hardships.) The estimated duration of the course is 7 months, when learning about 3 hours/per week. Of course, this varies per student. The course further points to many options for free learning materials on the SAP Learning site.
