The access for teaching purposes to SAP BTP Build Process Automation (and subsequently to SAP BTP Build Apps, available in Q4’ 24) is offered in two formats:
1. Sandbox (FREE Access to full UA members)
This free-of-charge (thanks to SAP UA subsidy) offering provides up to 100 student accounts and 2 lecturer accounts in our SAP Build Process Automation sandbox. This environment is shared across universities around the world which means that lecturers will and students may see and interfere with other students' projects worldwide. It is intended for demos and non-critical lectures. It is not recommend to use this environment for graded classes (with student assessment) and for long-term research or co-innovation work.
2. Exclusive learning environment
This learning environment with 100 student accounts and 2 lecturer accounts is exclusive for one single university. Lecturers can see all projects created by students of that university. Students may share their projects with other students of the same university. The service fee for this environment is 600 EUR for 6 months. Initially the offer will be ‘shipped’ directly from UCC Magdeburg, and it can be eventually transferred to local UCCs/ACCs/TLEs so that it is available for a local price or as part of regional product bundles.

1. Train-the-trainer
