How to remove alt_manager/HRBP via user connector

Hi All,

I need to remove the ALT_MANAGER and HRBP associated with users in LMS. Basically, I am trying to clean the existing data and remove mapping completely.

Hi Sreelatha

Have you reviewed KBA 2101819 in relation to removing alternate managers associated with users. As always, it would be recommended to test any connector update in a stage/test instance before making any updates to production.

Hi @Padraig ,

I have tried to add the mapping below into User connector - SF , however the remove HOD (HRBP) from LMS doesn't work, it seem like the system cannot receive the empty value for HOD, it is only works when there is new HOD assign in Bizx and manage update the new HOD into LMS, can you please advise? Screenshot below is the mapping from Integration center and connector.

sfuser.field.mapping.data.TEMP_ALT_SUPER=MATRIX_MANAGER
