we are facing this issue Your account may be locked, inactive, or not included in the default user group. If your organization uses SSO, it may not be working correctly..........................please suggest how to resolve this issue

3440428 - "Invalid Login" error when accessing SuccessFactors instance via Identity Authentication
This error can have multiple sources, so my suggestion for you is to create a document based on above KBA, and if this KBA does not help you with your issue, then share the document you've created with all the KBA steps and evidences with Product Support Team, and they will help you further.
