You do not have permission for this action -error on goal page

Hi Team,

User creates a goal and saves it.

But when he clicks on the goal tile on the goals page, he gets an error "You do not have permission for this action -error on goal page" 

The user is able to edit the goal, but only when he clicks it, he gets this error . Is there any action permission missing ?

Make sure the affected user has WRITE permission to the State field. In the backend XML it's the field-definition id="state"
