Wrong Last Activity determination

Hi all,

I have a problem that the last activity determination is wrong (and confusses the recruiter in the candidate selection list).

Background:

A copy of the workflow ERCStatusChg_2 is active and when a candidacy takes in process, the standard activity "Check Suitability" is created.

This activity is also a trigger for another custom workflow which will create a follow-up suitability activty.

I have already put the second (custom) workflow in the event queue.

The problem is that the within the first "Status changed" workflow a correspondence (Acknowledge) is sent and after the mail sent job is finished, this activity gets a newer modified date in the infotype HRP5136.

Sideeffect: Within the candidate selection list, the correspondence activity is displayed as last activity (instead of another created by the follow-up workflow)

How can I solve that kind of issue?

Which activity do you have as last activity in table T77RCF_RD_AT?
