Writing Assistant Issue in forms (PMGM)

Hi All

Not able to use writing assistant option in performance forms (Its not in editable) we have checked few of the KBI's and followed the same and still not working. Could you please help resolve the issue.

We have tried to reupload the teasers as suggested by SAP. Even after reuploading the teasers issue is still not resolved.
