WPB 9.5 learner's progress not started

Hi, everyone, In the learning view in WPB Manager 9.5.7, when a user finishes a course the completed course indicator does not work, instead it says "not started" even when the user successfully completed the course. It occurs to you what is the problem?

Hi,

this is usually happening when the learners did not click on all of the book pages in a book or if the tracking settings are not set correctly.

The learners could see the last page of a test and it looks like they passed but if the settings in Producer would be set to tracking = none then the Manager will not track anything.
