I have created new activities types and added it to the processes in the SAP e-Recruiting configuration.  How do I configure so that the status of the candidacy change to 'Rejected' with the new activities created? Refer to the attachment in which the activity 5010 and 1060 will change the status of the candidacy to Rejected.  I have added the new activities under the Rejected process but still not showing the correct status.

Does this need some amendment to the workflow?  Is there any step-by-step how to configure it?

Hi Alice,

The standard shipped workflow has only the standard activities included eg. condition 000457 in workflow WS51900011. So you will have to add your custom activity here too because otherwise the system doesn't know that further steps have to be performed when this activity has been created.

Hi Alice,

The workflows can be displayed and adjusted with transactin SWDD. There you find the condition I mentioned. If you double-click on it, you will see all activities maintained.
