Workflow WS51900008 and WS51900018 not getting triggered

Hi.

We are implementing SAP HCM.In E-Rec server, we have activated workflows WS51900008 and WS51900018, they are triggering when candidate is registered and when confirmation mail button is pressed but mail is not sent. It is not appearing in SOST. WF-BATCH user is present in the system.In SWEL, it won't show any error.

Let me know if you are implementing Erec EHP5? There is a note available. Also make sure

all the EVENT linkage is checked and Workflow runtime is working fine.

Hi Ramprabhu,

Yes. We are implementing Erec EHP5. There is no problem in event linkage. Event getting triggered. Mail appearing in outbox of the sender with status complete. It is not appearing in SOST. Where we can see this note. Please Help.
