Workflow with error processing flag red triangle

Situation:

In a home page, manager can not approve workflow, show an error and there is a card a red triangle.

Can you provide a screenshot of the error, or is just the one that you sent? Normally we have errors with some explanation which help us to understand the cause.

Thank you! Can you clarify which workflow is the manager trying to approve (position creation/update, promotion, demotion, transfer)? Is this happening with any type of workflow? If you didn't test other cases, can you double check?

Hello, Karen!

Manager is trying to approve better working conditions for employees or cost center change, everyone with a retroactive date .The instance is not a demo, so I can not test it. New approvals are working, but for old ones there is an error in processing.

Got it! So it looks like a configuration change issue. If there is a change in the configuration, existing workflows will be affected. If you are running the same process from scratch and the system is behaving correct, probably this is the reason.
