Workflow with error processing flag red triangle

Hello, Experts!

Situation:

In a home page, manager can not approve workflow, show an error and there is a card a red triangle.

Hi, I have the same issue. I cancelled the WF request and try to request again but the error stills. There's another cause?

Same issue too - error in processing while I can't see a reason why and only affecting one single employee..

Dear vanessilva,

Got it! So it looks like a configuration change issue. If there is a change in the configuration, existing workflows will be affected. If you are running the same process from scratch and the system is behaving correct, probably this is the reason.
