Workflow for candidate registration

Hi,

When I registered as a candidate, I am not able to see the mail in the tcode SOST. Which workflow (should I quote to the workflow consultant) is not working?

I tried searching for this workflow, but I am not able to find it. Please help!!!

Hi Veera,

I just got off from same problem .

Workflow for Candidate Registration triggered by user WF-BATCH .

So, first thing you need to check SWU3, weather configuration has done or not .

There is logical rfc workflow_local_XXX , WF-batch should be maintained there .

I solved issue by this, as it was wrongly maintained .

Event of Workflow WS51900008 should be activated . you can do it by SWDD , or by SWETYPV .

Secondly, this user should be internal user of E-recruitment system .

It's workflow WS51900008 and you should see it in the workflow log transaction SWI1.
