Workarea no longer sees the Templates

For some reason, none of my courses under one workstream (which represents a lot of work) are not recognizing the templates, and I'm at a loss for how to resolve this issue. Can anyone help?

Need a bit more information. You have some templates (Book Page / Simulation...?) that are stored in your Workarea, and some Authors can't see these? Are they set to Must Have? If not, get the Authors to use menu option Server Workarea > Check Out Objects to locate them.

Or are they in a Connected/Extended Workarea? (e.g. to have centralized templates across Workareas) In which case, check the connection is still there.

Are the Templates all Published, or did someone Unpublish them?

Finally, what changed? You say "no longer", so what changed between it working and it not?

1- They are Book Pages with embedded Simulation.

2- Templates are not hidden but all set under their own group.

3- I don't know how to check to see if the connection is still there. It Obviously isn't because that's my issue, the courses are not seeing the templates when they play the courses.

4- They are Published

5- The only thing that changed is we added German voiceovers to one course and then notices that all Themplates on each page had a strike through them, and when you do a dropdown, it only gives you 4 options but does not show the original template of e.g. slideISL_7A1CDD214A50997

Sorry missed one...the Templates were not showing must have but I changed that, but it didn't make a difference in this issue.

Point (5) The templates have been deleted. Or have been changed from Templates to regular Book Pages. That's why they are showing with a strikethrough.

If you duplicated the Book Pages for translation, did it also duplicate the templates and it's now the German version it can't find?
