Work Zone - Instead of Configurator Wizard, I see the message "Not Found"

Hi coommunity!

I setting up the workzone according to the document

I followed the steps:
1. Log into the global account and assign the Global admin roles
2. Create subaccount and activate the cloud identity service
3. Setup Trust between SAP Identity Service – Identity Authentication, and BTP Subaccount
4. SAP Build Workzone: Advanced edition: Run Boosters
But I have a problem at step 5. Post Boost configuration

I Goto SAP subaccount, Click on your Services -> click on Instances and Subscriptions.

Click on the SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone to navigate to the Application. It should open a new window with a popup “Getting Started with SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone”.

Instead of Configurator Wizard, I see the message "Not Found". I attach the image.

Please help, what could I have missed? I do not understand what the problem could be. I really hope for your help!
