Work Rights Documents - At what stage do you gather these

Hi All,

I'm interested to hear from other Australian businesses who have Recruitment and Onboarding modules.

We are currently gathering Rights to Work during Recruitment and again at Onboarding (onboarding2.0).

We are looking to change this process - still reviewing options - I'm interested to hear what others are doing in the Work Rights space to ensure we are meeting our legal obligations but also providing a good hiring and onboarding experience.

Do you gather during recruitment, do you gather at onboarding, do you gather at both? Do you have a different process for Casuals vs Perms/Fixed Terms?

Hi Sarah,

We do all the Working Rights check at Recruitment stage an no checks are made at Onboarding stage. We have integration with RapidID for the same.

Also are you using Onboarding 2.0 or earlier version?
