Work Permit Expiration Notification

Greetings,

I'm configuring multiple work permit notifications based on the expiration date. For example; sending a notification prior 60 days, 30 days and 20 days etc. before expiration date.

The issue I'm facing is that the system is sending multiple notifications for an employee if the work permit expiration date falls in these days.

Let's say an employee's expiration date is April 17, 2020 (60 days). The system will send 3 notifications for the same user in one day.

I was not able to find how to separate these.

Did anyone face the same issue?

Please assist.

HI Instead of using the Null value for the expiration - user on and after Date condition - you can avoid multiple Alert Notifications.
