Hi Experts,
Work Oder expiry notifications text needs to be amended when issued from Quality Environment. Prefix "Quality" to be added to notification " Expiring Work Order for XXX employee" to be changed to " Quality- Expiring Work Order for XX employee".
Since this prefix is missing, business are getting confused with the text received in email.
In Business rule Work Order Expiry Event is triggered .
Kindly suggest.
