We are trying to imlement spotlight on emloyee profile. The number of years of experience for the latest record shows in thousands. I believe the reason is because the the end date for the records is 12/31/9999. Has someone else experienced similar issue? Instead of showing no. of years it should show 'current' in parenthesis. Please see the attached for more info.
