Withdrawn employees not marked as External Candidate

Hi Gurus,

Internal Canidates after withdrawn from the company, the ALE does not make the users as "External Candidates" in E-Recruitment.

HRP5580 entry in Inbound BADI still shows one entry with end date as "12/31/9999". We are using Stand alone System where in HCM and E-Recruitment are in seperate boxes.

Any suggestions?

Hi Sadhu,

End date is not the problem but we only transform internal candidates to external ones if the IT0000-STAT2 is different than 3. In that case the IS_INACTIVE flag in table HRP5102 is set (see also Sarvesh's comment).

There were also a lot of notes shipped with that topic, so I would ask you to have a look at wiki page http://wiki.sdn.sap.com/wiki/x/sgCxEw which describes what to consider.

Hello,

Please check the table T77RCF_P_STAT in E-Rec box to see if the inactive employee is listed with the date from actions infotype with X value in Inactive column. This only applies if the employee is withdrawn with future date. Did you check the NA in HRP5102, field - IS_Inactive?

Also, please check if change pointers are active in tcode SALE in ECC box.
