Hi,

With Ehp4 is there a possibility to create the correspondence activity together with a status change activity ? or is there a way to couple a correspondence activity with a status change activity ?

You can couple that with the concept of the coupled activities, see also:

Hi Venki and  Nicole,

Thanks for your response. I had seen this customizing step in  IMG. However I was not sure if I can couple a Correspondence activity with an Activity other than "Invitation" by this method. The IMG specifically says this coupling process is only for Invitation activities (to be coupled with correspondence).

Hi Bev,

No, you couple invitation (as the correspondence part) with other activities like status-changing, qualifying event or questionnaire activities. So here you don't have simple correspondence activities but just invitation activities.
