I have upgraded a laptop to Windows 10 and having issues with Java getting the connection to the Repository. Below are the errors we are receiving.

Please do not select random tags that do not relate to the product you are using.
The error you have received points to PE-LSO-AE component and search on that points to SAP learning solutions.
Which is no where near close to BI Platform Support tool.
