We have configured a goal plan with the "GM_MLT_BASED_RATING_CALCULATOR." With this setup, we are able to populate the manager score (standard rating field), but for the employee, we have created a custom field, and the score is not auto-populating in the goal plan. Our question is: will the custom field not work with the "GM_MLT_BASED_RATING_CALCULATOR"? If the answer is no, we understand, but if yes, we would like to explore building a similar setup for the employee. This would allow the form to include the "get feedback" option, so the feedback provider’s rating can also be captured for reference."
