Why Job Req window is small

Hello,

In the recruitment module, why can you only see about 2 job reqs, and you have to use the scroll bars to see the rest?

Why isint the window down to the bottom of the page? Can't this be changed somewhere?

I am afraid that is standard behavior.

At best, one can suggest Successfactors enhancements.
