Why is there a different log for Integration Center when it is triggered via ISC vs. Run Now

We have an integration in Integration Center triggered via an event in ISC (Intelligent Service Center) in SuccessFactors. In the configure fields we have set-up the following:

When running it via Integration Center (Run Now button), we can see the following in Execution Manager Dashboard:

The highlighted in red gives us a downloadable payload which is basically the one that we set-up in Configure Fields in IC:

But when we the integration is triggered via ISC event, the Diagnostic Data in the logs are not visible. We can only see the following:

Is this an expected behavior? the only difference we are seeing is that in Execution Manager the one triggered via ISC has the process definition identifier = Smart Suite while the one triggered via Run Now is integrationVendorExport:

Please let us know how we can have the same logs when the integration is triggered from ISC.
