Why don't To-Do items appear on Learning page?

New to SAP, implementing Learning. I was trying to work out where any notifications/reminders to complete surveys might be hiding in the New Learning Experience. They do not appear on the new Learning home page.

I noticed they do appear in the To-Do on every other page in SF but not learning, when you click on the To Do button you get the message below.

Can anyone offer a solution? Please do not tell me this is expected behaviour. There must be a solution in Learning. I am very very underwhelmed with this LMS product.

Hello @GrantN,

Optional Surveys (Surveys which are required for item completion will show on the new home page. Only Course Feedback surveys impact item completion.) and Follow-Up Surveys are not visible on the New Learning Experience: New Home Page.

To access these surveys, users have to switch to legacy home page and then complete these surveys.

Optional survey is planned to come to ILX in 1H 2025 and therefore for now the recommendation is to keep the legacy HP as their default experience (so they don't need their users to switch). 

Note that survey email notifications would still be available, so that's another way users get alerted and completing such surveys.

The legacy learning home page ll be deleted from SAP on Nov 14, but we still facing this issue without solution. As Workaround the users can view on the home page, but the learning home page (the one our users generally access), it is not available.
