While playback a simulation, I get an error message saying "Unable to load skin: lesson.text

I recently updated my template with new brand guidelines. I updated the navigation bar - style (The simulation navigation bar of the simulation. Kindly guide

My entire error: Internal Error, Necessary configuration file could not be loaded. Unable to loas skin:lesson.txt

We suffered from this issue a lot of times in our previous project. We made sure that all the provided solutions are implemented still the issues are persisting. [Is it a bug ?]

Hi Radha,

It is likely that you have not published something.  Please do the following:

1. Publish the new versions of your content templates and any objects on those templates, e.g. images
2. Publish the Resources in your Workarea, particularly if you updated a Trainer Style
3. If you modified content objects after updating the content templates, publish the modified content

If you do that and try again, I'm pretty certain that your error will be gone.

Thank you Shane for your response. I published the resources and the Indvidual bookpage templates. But, I get this error when i try publishing the simualtion template. The indivual pages of the template plays weel. can we get into a call so that you can guide me on how to rectify this issue will help me out.

I see that the Trainer Style that i defined/modified, does not load the image of the UI. Even after clicking the update Preveiw the images does not load. Is this the reason for the skin error? I work out of IST timezone and i have a dependency of 10 team members working with me. I will lose their productivity if my issue continue.
