I would start by looking at SAP's RPA first - https://blogs.sap.com/2020/06/03/automate-sap-successfactors-with-sap-intelligent-rpa/ that way you are only dealing with one vendor.

UiPath and Worksoft also have RPA solutions that work with SAP
