Which online course for SF HCM in-house support?

Dear All,

I am an in-house SF HCM support, I do not have a solid foundation on SF such as configuration, it is pretty much on-job training and did EC implementation for my company with some experienced team members and SF consultants.

Hence I am keen to enroll some online courses to learn in-depth of SF on some modules (EC, Compensation etc) but i came across there are trainings for customer and partners seperately. And I do not know which one is suitable for in-house support. Can someone share some experience with me.
