Hello everyone, first of all sorry if I'm posting this somewhere I shouldn't but I really need some guidance here.
Before creating missunderstandings I have to point out I've been through some rough years mentally and I'm just starting to be able to fight with it so I still struggle a bit with being consistent by myself.
That said, I've had a chat with a irl friend working on lindedln, basically told me that S4 Hana HCM is one of the most requested profiles that most enterprises look for, and there's almost no people that studied that so there's even less people that can teach from scratch.
I've been struggling because I can't seem to find a course (free or not idc) that actually teaches me how to work as a HCM SAP consultant, so I've seen tons of youtube videos, tutorials on how to manage positions, workers, pays, days off, role switches, etc etc. But I can't seem to find an official course that can teach me from 0 to "hired" to say it easily, I've seen even other ERP's, I'm a IT technician so I have kind of a base and slightly worked with Databases before, still, Idk whats my entry point, what points to follow and what to exactly study to become a SAP HCM consultant.
I mentioned my mental situtation first because i know there can be people that just decided to smack some youtube tutorials and had the will to learn by themselves in 2 months, but I've been struggling to even find a way to practice, and even worse, a way to prove that I'm capable in that ambit.
Long story short, could anyone please guide me on what to do, what to study, how to test myself and how to eventually make a living out of it? Needed prerequisites/courses/webpages/tutorials/specific things, everything is going to be well received by me!
Thank you truly,
Axel.
