Where to get a list of all the Products and Versions supported for Web Assistant?

Hello SAP Enable Now Experts,

we've setup anoter embedded SAP Fiori Launchpad to use the Web Assistant as described in e.g.: SAP Enable Now: Web Assistant Set up for SAP S/4HANA On Premise. But the system we enabled it for is an SAP ERP used for HR. Currently we've configured the parameter "sap.dfa.help.utils.adapters.fiori" in the Launchpad configuration like this:

• product = SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE
• version = 1909.000

But this does not match the actual sytem. Where can we get a full list of all product / version that can be configured?

I understand Web Assistant isn't for ECC, for ECC it would be desktop assistant. Other people watching this space can confirm...

thank you for jumpin in. But even if only S/4HANA is supported such a list would be helpful.

Web Assistant also works for ECC when it uses Fiori Launchpad, of course. We have a bunch of customers who utilize it.

comparing this topic, I would also have a question.

In my launchpad designer I can create this target mapping for Web assistant like described on page 31:

But there is mentioned i should insert the product Id of my application and the version number of my application.

So where i can find this information inside my ABAP system ?

Hi Gregor,

The best list that I'm aware of is located in Enable Now Info Center at list of applications that support Web Assistant.
