Where to active SAP Help in the instance to create a ticket as an integrator

Hey guys,

Currently helping my client configuring Employee profile & Compensation module, I heard that we can active somewhere in the instance so that we could create tickets to SAP Help in case of client's specific requirements. Could anybody let me know if my understanding is correct and where can I active it?

I didn't know so reached out to colleagues who provided the information below:"As far as I know, you still need to raise the ticket via me.sap.com. The " Looking for Help" tile in the NextGen Admin center is not redirecting there:"
