Where can i put data in Job level field?

How can I put values in Job level field?

When in Manage data -> Job classification, when entering new job title, there is that field, and I can't find where that field can be managed.
It's also needed when entering new position and new employee, but it gets populated automatically by entering job title or something like that.

Could you be more concise? Is it job level as a field in job classification? If so it's likely a picklist, so the values are to be retrieved in picklist center then.
