Where can I configure the “To-Do Task Reminder” email template from the Manager start page?

On the start page under “My To-Do's” there is a “My Team” tile where manager can send reminder messages to employees who have overdue forms or overdue items. Unfortunately, the email does not contain a signature. Unfortunately, our managers do not add them either.

I cannot find this message in the LMS under “Manage Email” “Email Notification Templates” or in the BizX (we do not have Employee Central) "Email Notification Templates" to configure it.

Does anyone have a tip for me?

In the webinars for the release they advised that the email cannot be configured. Hopefully it comes in a future release

Further to my previous comment I was referencing the new overdue learning notification that can be sent. This may not be the same for all manager reminder emails

The two new email templates in this release are ILXTrainingOverdue (which is triggered from the new ILX home page or Team view) and the ILXApprovalNotification (which is triggered by an APM). We adjusted the emails templates on each of these to meet our needs from a wording perspective. So while the manager themselves do not have the option to change the message, you can adjust the master template to your companies needs (perhaps adding that softer language).
