Where and how in SAP SuccessFactors do other businesses capture medical appointment dates?

When there are medicals to be renewed at a certain date, we want to capture these dates in the system.
Would this be best captured in the licence portlet or another portlet?

Dear Paige,

Some customers have this requirement, indeed, but to achieve this, they normally decided for a custom MDF, where they can control dates, have workflows, permissions (edit, view) etc. I would recommend you to go for a custom MDF so you will be able to define it as per customer requirements.
