When will Joule be released also in Italian language?

Italian clients are interested in buying\using Joule but it is not possible interact with it in Italian language.

When is the Italian language going to be added into the product roadmap?

Hello, 

Currently there is no publically available date showing availability for Italian. This can change over time so I recommend checking the roadmap viewer closer to the next release. I include the link below. 

The languages that will currently be supported in the H1 2025 release are visible in this document. As you can see in the document there is a note stating that even if a language is not supported the AI can often still understand the question and will give a response in English.  See the guide below.

From the guide "Because Joule relies on a Large Language Model, Joule can understand languages other than those officially supported. If you send a request in a language other than those supported by Joule, it is possible that Joule will understand the request and provide a response. However, if Joule is able to understand the request, the response will be provided in the language set by the associated SAP application."
