When Try to Search from Portal it gives "Internal Error"

Hello Experts,

Please help me find a solution to the Search feature in Portal E-Rec. When I try to use any Search in the portal it gives me an "Internal Error"

Hi Mark,

As displayed in your screenshot, search is not working due communication error with Search engine (TREX).

The program mentioned is referring to the function: HR_RCF_CHECK_TREX_VERSION.

(also, check the long text against the error)

Based on above, I would suggest involving Basis team to have a look at the issue.

Hi ,

Please check your search engine configuration and server is up and running fine also.

Check your RFC settings also.

Try to involve Basis to this issue.
