When Job Requisition is in filled state it is not shown in Position Org Chart

If a Job Requisition is created from Position Org Chart, we can see a requisition icon having requisition details.

But when Job Requisition is in filled state, the details are not displayed in Position Org Chart but it is allowing users to create a new job requisition for same position.

This is the expected behavior as of now. Once a job requisition is closed, it will no longer be displayed against the position. The reason is that when a job requisition is closed or canceled without completing the hiring process, the system should ideally allow the creation of a new requisition for the same position. The same applies when a requisition is closed with the status "Filled" after completing the hiring in EC. In such cases, you should have a rule configured in EC: if the position is marked as occupied (which only happens once the candidate is hired in EC), then the system should not allow the creation of a new requisition against that position.

Could you please help me with the rule that needs to be configured. Is this state the state that the rule should be created based on to be Hired field (which will work from user's DOJ) which also means the job requisition will not be displayed in position org chart and it provide access to create another requisition or the sentence "if the position is marked as occupied (which only happens once the candidate is hired in EC), then the system should not allow the creation of a new requisition against that position" states that we can create and avoid creation of requisition before their DOJ?
