When is created the object ND with Erecruiting?

When is created the object ND with Erecruiting? What is the process in the ESS/MSS/ERC the is executed for that this object is created?

Hi Carmen,

ND is the application object which means it is always generated once an applicant applies (external or internal one).

I have an error when search job . The system not return resulted and generate a log in the t.code SLG1.

In the table HRP1001 exist the relationship between the Objetcs NA & ND

However in the table HRP5132 is not information for this objetc ND.

I have deleted the relationshion between NA & ND 00460365 in the table HRP1001 for this candidate and now this work fine.

My question in this moment is What is the cause of this inconsistence ?

That could have several reasons.

Data inconsistencies because of interferring workflow, wrong deletion process and so on.

If it happens frequently, I would try to find out what the recruiter did with those objects eg. performed a certain activity, ....

SAP have report to determine this causes?

Is posible that  the recruiter may there be created a requisition, the candidate apply and then the recruiter deleted the requisition ?

As long as there are open assignments (candidacies, applications) you can't delete a requisition.
