Hello
I have an issue where the system timed out while configuring the LMS and failed to save admin created.
The integration has been enabled and I am no longer able to access the LMS as it keeps redirecting to the BIZX login.
Please advise if there's a way to disable the integration to create the admin

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Kolade
Without knowing your integration details, if it's not sealed, then you can raise a case with support who can disable integration upon request, perhaps reset the PLATEAU password therefore allowing you to complete the creation of the admin.
If you have an implementation partner then please also see KBA 2186617 which outlines how you can create a super admin who can access BIZX again.
