What is the source of HRP5125-COMPANYCODE?

Hi All,

We recently did some developments in e-recruitment smartforms.
We need to display a different logo based on the company code.

We use the field 'REQ_INFO_WT-COMPANYCODE' in the logo conditions to achieve this.

In the test data in development environment, we see that none of the HRP5125 entries has company code associated with it.
In quality, i see around 50% of data in HRP5125 has a company code.

Can anyone tell me where in the form/frontend it comes from?

I assumed it is filled indirectly based on some fields on the "Requisition" screen. But i am unable to zero-in on the correct source.
I have ensured the Branch, Org unit at requisition level and Org unit at the position level are filled.

Is it possible there is a configuration issue, where the org units are not linked to any of the company codes?
