What is the best natural text to speech software?

Has anyone found a text to speech software that sounds natural and includes both the Hungarian and the Dutch languages?

In general, I don't know, but if you want to use Text-to-Speech within SAP Enable Now you are limited to:

• Whatever Microsoft voices you have on your PC (you can download others from the Microsoft site)
• Google Cloud Text-to-Speech, which has 2 types of voices: Standard or WaveNet

IMHO the WaveNet ones are pretty good, although I can't vouch for the Dutch or Hungarian, although Google Cloud TTS does support both. You can try it via the Google Cloud Services website.

If you don't like any of those, you can use TTS outside of SEN and then import the audio files (I don't know what services are best; someone else can hopefully answer), but it will be a lot more work - at which point you need to weigh 'perfection' vs. 'acceptable' and the delta cost of getting from one to the other.
