What is Successfactor effective-date timezone?

There are two records which I input on Successfactor.

First one already effectived on 2021-10-01.

Second one will be effectived on 2021-11-01.

So when I open successfactor on 2021-11-01 at 08:00(JST)

which record will be shown on successfactor?

Effecitve-date TimeZone is UTC?

Well, whatever the timezone set in Admin Center > Company Settings > Platform Feature Settings will show

You can change it according to Tenant Preferred Time Zone which is now available in 2H 2021 release.
